Having integrations per app and not as current - per account

Instead of having Facebook and YouTube integration set up per account (Integrated Facebook account is currently used from within all apps under the account) - there is a desire to be able to set the integrations per App itself.

This would mean that one app can have its own Facebook and YouTube integration set up, while others can use some other Facebook and YouTube integrations.

This would mean that it is much easier to set up multiple clients and multiple integrations in the same time and having the correct one be sent the right videos.

This would also mean that the app can not use the integrations set by some other app.
