Ziggeo Player is not working recording a video on Windows 10 + IE 11

Hi,

 

We have purchased the subscription from ziggeo for our site but we have issue at IE 11 on Windows 10.

We have been trying to record a video with ziggeo plugin, but while checking at ziggeo.com demo we can not record video, when we click on record video red button, it keep showing the loading in player area and not showing the video recorder.

Please provide the solution as soon as possible.

  Hi Dilip,

  The IE is still requiring the use of Adobe Flash. Based on what you have mentioned one of the following is happening:

  1. You did not allow Flash to be loaded on our website (when popup shows up)
  2. You have blocked Flash in general
  3. Your version of Flash might not be working (is it the latest version)?

  Please do let us know if you did set the Flash to be allowed and which version you have on your end.
