Managing authorization settings from a sub-account
Hi,
In the web interface I've encountered an issue saving changes in the Manage > Authorisation Settings page when logged in as a sub-account (with access to manage settings). Nothing shows on the page but the request returns 403 forbidden. Other settings like allowed domains can be saved from the sub-account without issue.
Best,
Alex

Hi Alex,
Sorry for the delay. Yes, that is expected behavior if you are not allowed to make the same changes.
The sub account can only make the edits to the pages that they are allowed from the main account.
So if you are still having the same issue, my suggestion would be to reach out to the main account owner and then ask them to go to Manage page of the application you need the access to and add the additional pages you might need.
This would be done under the Manage > Access Management section.
Of course please let us know if you have any additional questions on the same.
Regards,
