saw on the blog it references that the recorder is now 'pausable'. I'm guessing this doesn't mean the recorder is pausable for iphone video recording? I did a quick test, stuck in the ziggeo-pausable parameter and noticed I could pause on desktop.
Am I correct in assuming this doesn't work on mobile/iphone? Android you can pause video in the OS, so no issue there. iPhone you can't actually pause a video recording or it will start a new recording.
Was hoping this somehow fixed it but I'm guessing not?
Did you try it with the WebRTC or the app recording? Just as a reminder when the app starts the recording it will allow you or disallow things based on its own preference.
With WebRTC however you should be able to do more and the pause is actually only available for the WebRTC recordings.
This goes for both WebRTC and WebRTC Streaming.
*For iOS I would still suggest checking on Chrome or Firefox. If you do test it out on Safari, it will need to have all the parameters set right for it to use WebRTC recording.0
