That is a good idea. While we would love to do that, it would not really be easily possible partly due to technical and partly due to legal (GDPR, etc.) reasons.
We are however looking to make it easier to have a single dashboard regardless of the regions you are using, so hopefully this is something that our legal team would OK at some point as well :)
PS: Since these different regions are completely separated you would be able to create an account with same login details (username and password) on each region, allowing you to easily log in and use different regions.
